Please be aware these keepsakes/memory items are NOT TOYS

Every effort is made by me at Dolli-Mixtures keepsakes to make these keepsakes / memory items as safe as possible. I use high quality safety eyes & flame resistant stuffing but because the material is provided by you, I am unable to properly test the finished items & therefore they cannot be CE marked & are unsuitable for children to play with.

I work very hard to create keepsakes / memory items that are everything you want them to be & I will always do my best to meet your individual requirements. I can assure you an awful lot of planning, care & consideration goes into each item I create.

Please make sure you read the following T&C carefully, by placing an order with me you are agreeing to these T&C.

Please make sure to send the right number of suitable clothing, bedding, and similar items. I do my best to get the most out of each piece you send, and I understand babies can be messy, so I can usually work around small marks or stains. However, I can’t work with large stains, rips, or clothing that’s too worn to be re-sewn. If I receive anything that can’t be used, I’ll get in touch so you have the chance to send a replacement. You’ll be responsible for postage costs for any extra items. I prefer clothing to be washed before sending, but please avoid fabric softener, as it can affect how the iron-on interfacing adheres when I’m making your item.

It is your responsibility to ensure items are labelled & packaged correctly in order to get to me safely. If you are sending items for more than one keepsake they must be separated & labelled, putting them in separate labelled bags within the same box is fine. If there are specific items or parts of items you feel particularly strongly about me using, this must be specified when clothing is sent. This can be via a note in with the items or via email. I am not responsible for clothing while it is in the post to me. Therefore, I strongly recommend you use a tracked/signed for delivery service. I would also recommend including your return address on the outer packaging. Should any items be lost in the post, it is your responsibility to resolve this with your chosen delivery service. In the unlikely event your items should get lost in the post & payment has been made to me, I will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the completed item. I can take no responsibility for any finished items should they be lost in the post, it is your responsibility to inform me within a reasonable amount of time if your keepsake does not arrive.

Once your clothes arrive with me I will let you know either by message or email. I will create and have your finished keepsake/memory item returned to you as soon as possible, usually within 4-6 weeks, although this may extend to 12 weeks at very busy times.
