Once I receive your items of clothing, I aim to have your keepsakes made and ready to be posted to you in 2-4 weeks. There is a chance that this could increase to 12 weeks during especially busy periods.

Due to the uniqueness of the item, I am unable to accept returns.

After you have placed your order through the website, choose all the items of clothing you would like to have your item/s made out of, and post them using a plastic mailing bag, making sure they are not at risk from being damaged. You can find the address you need to post them to on the 'How To Order' page. if you live locally and you would prefer to drop the items of clothing off, please contact me and we can arrange a convenient time for us both.

I often a wide variety of personalisation options which you can choose from on the item's listing. A few examples are: Embroidery of names/dates/verses, caps, wings and weighted filling. *If you would like weighted filling, please add in the weight you would like in the notes section on the product listing*

Yes! You can drop off your selected clothing items and collect your finished order from 1 Anson Close, Grantham. This is especially handy if you are local and would like to avoid postage costs.

You will need to provide me with extra/enough fabric for all of the optional extras, apart from the glasses ad-on, which I will provide.
