How to Order Your Keepsake

1. Choose Your Keepsake
Browse the range and select the keepsake you'd like to order.
Be sure to check the optional extras on the drop-down menu in each product listing (for embroidery and other add-ons).

Please contact me if you have any specific design preferences.

2. Place Your Order
Once you're happy with your selection, go ahead and place your order online.

When you enter delivery details at the checkout, please ensure the address you enter is the one you would like me to post the finished product too. 

3. Select & Send Your Clothing
Pick the special clothing you'd like me to use.
If you're unsure how many items are needed, feel free to email or call me for guidance.

Package the clothing safely to prevent any damage during shipping. I strongly recommend using tracked delivery for peace of mind.

If you're local, you're very welcome to drop items off in person at a time that suits us both - this can save you on postage costs. Just contact me to arrange a drop off time!

4. Confirmation
Once I receive your package, I’ll let you know by email or text. I will create and have your finished keepsake/memory item returned to you as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 weeks, although this may extend to 12 weeks at very busy times.
